Latest version of the ECC2-109 GUI, released 04-02-2003:

For installation information, check the installation page.
Since this GUI is done in Visual Basic, it need the Visual Basic 6 runtimes (which should be on your system by default).
If for some reason you dont have them, they can be downloaded from Microsoft
